I joined the Fortitude team in April 2021. As part of the client support team, I ensure that every client receives the best possible personal service. I support our clients and the Financial Planners by preparing for clients’ regular planning meetings, carrying out research, and implementing recommendations. I thoroughly enjoy working as part of such a professional and friendly team.

What gives you the biggest kick out of your job?

I love being part of a team that is all about the client. Seeing the difference we can make to people’s lives is extremely rewarding.

What’s on your bucket list?

I have not yet seen much of the world yet, so some world travel is definitely on my list.

How long have you been in the profession, and what positive changes have you seen in that time?

I have been in financial services for over eight years. During that time, I have seen the industry continually change for the better. The profession is evolving to focus so much more on the client’s needs, ensuring that they are achieving value from the services offered.
