Team update: Liz shortlisted for Administrator of the Year award
It’s been another exciting and successful month here at Fortitude as our wonderful administrator Liz has been shortlisted for Administrator of the Year at the prestigious Professional Adviser Awards!

The Professional Adviser Awards recognise excellence in financial services
A Professional Adviser award is one of the most prestigious awards in financial services. In 2023, the organisation celebrates the 18th year of the awards, which attract around 250 entrants each year. Entrants can be firms, advisers, product providers, and other individuals who work within the financial services industry.
The awards reward excellence in both the financial advice community and among the broader financial services sectors that help serve advisers and their clients.
Administrator of the Year recognises an administrator who has gone above and beyond to achieve outstanding results for their clients. Entrants must demonstrate evidence of how their work has affected the business, their working lives, and the clients they work with.
Liz’s work has a positive impact on every aspect of our business
Liz joined Fortitude in 2012 and is one of our longest-serving staff members.
If you’re a client, you’ll have spoken with Liz on many occasions as she is instrumental in helping keep the cogs of the business turning. She helps us to schedule our meetings and ensure you have everything you need as a client.
Alongside her day-to-day work, Liz can be found supporting clients who need a bit of extra help, whether that’s technical guidance in registering with our portal or offering emotional support during difficult times.
Liz also coordinates our charitable work with our local food bank in Towcester, a cause we have supported since 2021. Liz has been an integral part of this, helping to collect donations from staff, clients, and other visitors to our office to donate to the food bank as well as being a regular volunteer herself.
