Our awards and accreditations matter for two reasons.
First, they recognise the hard work we continue to put into achieving the highest possible standards. That’s a great feeling for us, but it means peace of mind for you.
Second, and most importantly, they’re an illustration that we’re serious about doing what’s best for you, that we’ll deliver on what we promise and we’ll keep on delivering.
Chartered Firm Status
We’re extremely proud to hold Chartered status. It’s challenging to achieve, it’s awarded to very few companies and retaining it means we need to keep proving that we deserve it.
It’s granted by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), the professional body for personal finance and it’s awarded to companies that not only sit at the top of their profession, but also make a public declaration of their commitment to professional standards.
It’s a touchstone and a promise that we’ve made to putting customers’ interests first, investing in ongoing development of our team’s technical skills and knowledge, and supporting wider initiatives that benefit society as well as the growth of the profession.
Financial Vulnerability Charter
We have pledged to follow the nine statements outlined in the Financial Vulnerability Charter.
This is a set of commitments outlined by the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce to promote better behaviour, understanding and good practice around consumer vulnerability in the financial services sector.
This pledge highlights our commitment to our customers, providing them with excellence and trustworthiness in their financial planning service.

These awards are one of the highlights of the year for the investment, life and pensions market, so we were thrilled to have been recognised in the Retirement Adviser of the Year category.
Each year rigorous product monitoring is carried out, and the financial adviser community is also consulted, to determine the winners, highly commended and commended for each award.

We were over the moon to win two awards at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards 2022. Aimed at small and medium enterprises (SMEs), these awards raise the profile of “industrious, hardworking and enterprising SMEs” across Northamptonshire.
The Business of the Year Award (under 50 employees) recognises outstanding initiative, boldness and imagination in the enterprise and sound management practices.

These annual awards recognise businesses that “demonstrate innovation and creativity, fostering a healthy workplace culture”.
